my best friend and i just had the most amazing experience getting tattoos at zaps. from the minute we walked in, we knew this was the place (after having visited numerous shops with horrible service, prices, and vibes). von totally rocked it!! he covered up an old tattoo and it looks nothing shy of amazing. i reccommend him to anyone wanting a tattoo.... first timers or ink happy gurus. his creativity is vast and he can make anything happen (unlike the artist yesterday who drew squigglies on my arm like an amateur). please disregard the comment below from the lancaster, pa native. clearly he has no idea of what he is talking about. not only was the service incredible, but the prices seemed too good to be true. two thumbs up to von shock!! cheers!
