I live in Oak Park but I worked downtown Chicago. I'm very picky about my nails so I usually get my nails done downtown but today I just felt like going somewhere close to home. I didnt even realize Pronails was a few blocks away. The shop looked amazing, so relaxing and modern. The lady at the desk greeted me very kindly. I didn't even have to wait! Christine did my pedicure and manicire and eyebrows and she did such a great job. She was very thorough throughout the whole process. I have multiple calluses on my feet because I'm a runner and she made sure she smoothed them down without my asking. We had a great conversation and it made me feel comfortable to know I wasn't ""just another client"". She made sure my water was warm enough for both my Mani and Pedi. Usually I don't trust people with my eyebrows because they always make them too thin too thick or just uneven but Christine did a great job. Afterwards, she sat me at the dryer and made sure I was okay before she left. All in all this place gave me an excellent first impression. The people were nice and so was the decor and pedi chairs. I will definitely come back!
