Review content:
Over the past year I have lived at Cherry Creek, I have found the community to be unsafe. The first week I was there, upstairs neighbors dropped marij*ana on our porch and asked us to toss it back up to them. There are groups of men who use the parking lots as hang-outs, and harrass women who walk by. It got to the point where if I wanted to walk my dog, I would put him in my car and drive around the men. On one of the occasions when I was walking my dog through the parking lot, I found a pile of used and unused cond*ms in a parking space. One night when I was returning to my apartment, neighbors (assumably drunk) were setting off flares in the middle of the street and blocking my entry. They seemed to find this hilarious. As for management, I was scheduled to transfer to a townhouse and had a verbal agreement to bring in the required money order the following afternoon. I arrived at the office to find that they had given my townhouse to someone else. It was the cherry on top of renting at Cherry Creek. I would recommend that you live somewhere else, and call your police department first to make sure if it is a safe complex. Had I done this in the first place, I could have avoided Cherry Creek altogether. Pros: comparably affordable Cons: Unsafe community, non-cooperative staff
