Welcome to you new bi-monthly or weekly stop for a proper haircut. The old world charm coupled with experienced barbers make this establishment the best place for a haircut anywhere in Houston. The staff were friendly and while I was having my hair cut by an older gentleman that clearly takes immense pride in his work, two sets of little boys with their Mothers came in for what looked like their first Summer haircut. Yes, they had several toys to play with while they waited for their spin in the chair. With Mother's eye trained on every cut the barber made, even the seasoned professional would have shivering in their pants, but not these guys. They are top notch and pardon the pun, ""a cut above the rest"".
