Mell's Beauty Bar is a fun bar that provides manicures and massages! For $10 you get a martini and your choice of manicure or martini. The martini's are huge and delicious. They have a small menu, but it is very good. It's a wonderful place to go with friends. Make a reservation or come early. They only have so many spots for manicures, so you might end up waiting a while. Also, it's a small place so you might have to wait for good seating.
