Review content:
This company was the selected carrier for a large Home Depot internet order. They attempted to drop my large item off in my driveway in the rain without regard to the service requirements of Home Depot's home delievery and without allowing me the courtesy of a call back. When I finally reached them to discuss this matter, I was informed the delivery could not be made according to MY schedule (4pm in the afternoon) so I had to accept another delivery attempt for Saturday morning. They do not perform, or are unwilling to perform, the home delivery service Home Depot advertises and when you pay for a service you expect that service and not to be taken advantage of. Avoid this company and call Home Depot to complain if they try to cheat you out of what you pay for: SERVICE.
