I went in and bought a very dirty dress off the store floor room. It was my dream dress but I had to have it altered many sizes down. The saleswoman, Kim was doing everything in her power to sell me the dress including saying there was someone coming in that afternoon to buy the exact same dress. I kept commenting on how filthy it was and she said over and over again that they would take care of the cleaning. Well, what do you know...when I came back to bring it in today they said, they never said that and I'm left with the $85 fee of having it cleaned. We even got the owner to come out and she said no one would have ever said they would clean it for free. Kim was just trying as hard as she could to make her commission. Very very sad!!
