For my wedding my husband and I chose Rockingham Rent All for our chairs, backgrounds (mona lisa and the lattice archway), and tables, we also rented a truck from them that they promised would be loaded and ready to go by 10AM. When My father and now husband arrived there at 10 they had to wait TWO hours for the truck to be loaded, the regular loading time is 12 but we had arranged for the time to be 10 and it was simply forgotten by the staff. When we unloaded the truck at the hall, EVERYTHING was covered in this black dust, we had to wipe off every single chair, and the tables had sticky places and wax gobs and weren't the resin tables we expected they were made of this splintery wood material. Not to mention that some of the things that were back drops and our guest book stand were broken and we had to wire things together. Also in I rented table clothes that have a 3 dollar deposit on each but quickly removed them the same day I cancelled the order after I found a better deal online, and I was still required to pay 157 dollars for the table clothes (the deposit) even though I had just called them in, their reason was ""it had already been pulled for the my order"", but then it took them TWO hours to load up the truck!!! If I had it to do over again, I would have simply chosen a different vendor.
Cons: over priced, poor service, poor business ethics, overall bad choice
