I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They damaged my brand new '11 Challenger about 1 week after I got it by running it into a wall in their parking garage. They have since taken a ticket they wrote my husband's name on and marked ""pre-existing damage"" on the tag. I can assure everyone my car was not damaged before placing it in the care of their valet service.
I have taken this as far as the district manager over the San Antonio area, and everyone has flat out refused to pay for the damage done to my care. Do not ever use this facility, or any other owned by Central Parking. After doing some research, I have seen several complaints from people that have simply parked in their parking lot. This company is atrocious and should be put out of business.
