This comment is only on the framing. Although John, who provides help with the choices for framing, is very helpful and polite...I have used Benavides 3 times and each time they have told me one time that my framing jobs will be ready (like 2 weeks) and it takes more than twice that length of time to get items actually done. They also don't call to let you know the status of your order or when they do eventually call just leave a message ""to call"" rather than saying ""Come pick up your framing job."" Good job with framing and a local business but very slow and poor contact.
Pros: Good selection of frames, friendly staff.
Cons: Very slow to get your job back. It's never on time.
