Review content:
We moved twice with Watson Moving & Storage. The fist time we moved to a town house, and I specifically requested a straight truck. They showed up with the wrong truck. 4 or 5 hours later we finally got it straightened out, so the move took twice as long as it should have. It didn't get done in one day.
The first day there were 4 guys, but the second day there were only 2. It took a long time, and we had difficulty communicating with one of the movers. We found some damage later, not big stuff, but some broken things and some damage. It is more of a hassle filing a claim than it is worth.
On the next move we used them again against my own good judgement. They showed up late with 3 movers. It took forever, and they stopped for lunch for about 2 and half hours.
We got to the new place, which was a new house, and they parked the truck on our front grass. They totally destroyed the front grass. I called to complain about it, but they never made an attempt to fix it. Because the house is new I specifically asked the guys to be careful, and I put down paper throughout the house. They did a really poor job overall.
The dispatcher girl on the phone, Wendy, was pretty friendly, and very nice. When we had the truck issue I got a call from the owner and he apologized. So the office is actually great, but the help is not so good.
