My experience was good but you must remember to ask lots of questions. They give great customer service. My bridal consultant was Toni. I recommend her because she takes her time and she chooses dresses based on your personality. She will pick the best dress to fit your personality and body type to make sure you look .David's Bridal offers lay-a-way on dresses in stock only, so if you see a dress you like and want leave a deposit because it might not be there next time.
