Review content:
To put it simple, don't rent from Ballard Management. Not only have they screwed us out of a decent quality of life, but they did it with poor attitude. We have not gotten our rental repairs completed and have been lied to repeatedly. It took numerous emails, phone calls, and frustration to get the cat urine smell out of the floorboard. Apparently there is legal time frame that repairs have to be completed in - this particular repair was done on the very LAST day of this time frame. Right, yea, a coincidence. The maintenance guy, Ken Dixon, stole our window screens. This was after he tinkered on the kitchen faucet for two hours, then demanded my house keys. In which I promptly advised him to leave for demanding anything in such a threatening manner. Our screen door was placed on the side of the house, while a phone call to the receptionist stated he was going to return the following day. The maintenance guy never showed up, its been over three days. A portion of our exterior fence was to be fixed and it has been six months since we have waited for it. We were told it was supposed to already have been finished, but they seemed to have waited until our six month lease was over before coming to check. Everyone working for this company seem to carry a poor attitude and a self righteous overtone. You can tell them no wrong while they are cashing your never late rent check. Bottom line is that there are a TON of better companies to rent through - Ballard Management isn't what is looks to be.
