Went into Quality Auto Sound on 72nd and Federal for my son's christmas gift friendly salesman sold me a $385.00 ampifyer asked him if I could return it if I got the wrong one or if he did not like the product was told YES repetedely not once was I told I could return for a store credit. If I was told I could return for a store credit I would of walked right out. Is this ETHICAL I pay with cash and when I want to return unopened with reciept and one day later and all I get is a store credit. Who does this can someone at CORPORATE answer me this. Is this the only way you can get customers by forcing them to get store credit. I DONT WANT STORE CREDIT I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!! When I returned to return my unopened item the salesman attitude changed was very rude and unfriendly go figure lure you in with friendlyness,lies and deciet and then everything changes when you need help. I WILL TELL EVERYONE NEVER TO SHOP AT QUALITY AUTO SOUND ALL THEY DO IS LIE STEEL AND DECIET YOU.
