We used this company a few weeks ago for our wedding. We paid amost $1400 so our guests would have a convenient and relaxing ride to our ceremony and reception site. This was not the case. It was 80 degrees outside the day of our wedding and when our guests got into one of the shuttles it was just as hot inside. As more guests got on, the more uncomfortable the shuttle became. When they asked the driver about it he said the air wouldn't come on until the shuttle started. The air never came on at all and our guests showed up to the wedding sweaty and uncomfortable. In one guests words the trip was ""brutal"". When we brought this to the owner of the company's attention he told us the A/C was working and that it was 78 degrees and ""that wasn't that bad-it was just the peoples perception that it was hot"". I don't even keep the heat on in my house at 78 degrees. We were basically told to get over it and that 78 degrees isn't hot, and that out guests imagined it. We were given a $100 credit. Thanks, but not thanks! I work in customer service and was disgusted that this is the way that they treat their customers. I understand that the A/C not working properly is out of thier control, but how they handle these sort of issues is entirely in their control and they could care less about thier customers.
