Review content:
I recently purchased a travel trailer at (Sirpilla) Camping World of Canton after purchasing at the RV show. I ended up buying the camper at the show even though I thought the salesman was pushy. They gave me my contract and I waited 12 weeks for the camper to be made to my specs. When they called me to pick it up, I was excited and couldnt wait to bring it home. They gave me the tour and showed me how to use everything. Lastly, I went to sign the final paperwork. When I got into the office, I noticed someone had hand written (ADD $150 for night shades.) I asked what this was about and they said that I must have called and made the upgrade. I informed them that I never called and did not wish to pay any more money for night shades. The same pushy salesman at the rv show came back and told me that I must have called to upgrade. I was angry and couldn't believe they were trying to scam me into paying more money when signing the papers. I asked if they could just remove them and they brought up labor costs!!!! They treated me like it was my fault that they added items to my contract without my consent. I ended up leaving without the camper, and wasting my valuable time and money because they would not give me what I ordered. Buyer beware and don't be pressured into spending more money..,I'm sure they were glad to sell the camper to someone else and hike up the price. I will shop elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
