I went home for Easter (Iota Louisiana) & while there, I bought several packages of Richard's Andouille to take home to Fort Worth. This sausage is absolutely excellent!! It's a long drive but if I cannot find a place to buy this product close to me, I will park my ice chest in the back of my pick up & make another run South. I'll load my chest, turn North and haul it for home. Anyone interested in a mighty fine Andouille should experience Richard's.
Pros: Authentic coarse texture, flavor, spice/ IT'S GOOD
Cons: Addictive,will not remain in fridge,causes fights in kitchen
