Staff is very unprofessional, unfriendly and rude...Greedy people as they charge insanely and exploit the customers.I wonder why they are in this business as they never provide translation/ evaluation on time......they just sit there and do nothing.....its the worst agency i have ever seen in my life....they never do work on time and make ridiculous excuses all the time and ur stuck with them forever.......they just make silly mistakes and then blame the customer for that....I just want to tell everyone that this is worst worst agency to get your work done.......i have very bad experience with them. Its been several months and I am still stuck with them.....If you guys don't believe me then go there and you will experience these same things that i have mentioned.....Its the third class agency with third class staff... I will never recommend this agency to anybody.
