Review content:
Champion is an exception to normally exemplary service at Toyota dealers. Service was incomplete, and my wife was treated like a second class citizen. When she picked up the car, instead of delivering it to her, the service tech just pointed to the lot and said, ""It's out there somewhere."" When we received a follow up courtesy call, we voiced our dissatisfaction but never heard from them again. So, we moved our business to Maund Toyota and are very pleased with their caring attitude and responsiveness.
