These guys are tops!! My oil light came on while I was at the mall so I stopped at Balboa so they could check what was going on. i spoke to Charlie and he went out of his way to see what was wrong. He said I was low on oil and that I had a leak at my engine. what surprised me is that he said I was under warranty and to take it back to my Ford dealer and he would sell me the oil to fill it up to specs. Before I said anything I called My husband, (we are in the military) and he said just to service it there and save the receipt so I could show the dealer, He didn't want anything to happen to his truck. Charlie offered me the $15.95 oil change to get me through and included a military discount. WOW it floored me. I was not used to this in Georgia. Will I be back oh yeah!! I also got a stamp on my 5th free card. these people are real gentlemen and professional.
