I worked there a few years ago and was going to write this when I quit but waited so more people would leave and I could stay anon.
While I worked there though I saw numerous times when health codes were violated. I have seen things get dropped on the floor and then served, I have seen raw meat prepped on the same board that later had ready to eat veg worked on, without cleaning first. By the time I left I was too grossed out to eat anything there that I hadn't prepared myself from the start.
