It never ceases to amaze me how things here in Virginia are done. I moved here from New York 3 years ago and nobody here understands customer appreciation, value or timely service. A week turn around for dry cleaning is ridiculous! I am use to service that is 24 hours! And the rudeness at this place! Loud, snotty and unprofessional. This is the 8th dry cleaning service I have used in the Norfolk area and I am running out of options. I refuse to accept sub-standard work for what they charge and I refuse to accept the unrealistic amounts of time they take. This particular Albano always, ALWAYS has a problem. Our machines are down, the manager is not here, it too hot to work in here, I'm new here, I can't void that, we don't dry clean shirts, etc. But worst of all are the big-mouthed employees in the back who scream loud enough for you to hear, but refuse to speak to you directly when there is a serious problem because they don't want to deal with it. If they did this up north they would close within a month. I can't wait for this job to end here so I can move back in 09' and once again live a stress free life with decent service.
