Worst experience I've had in a long time, was charged $4.50 for a stale croissant (that's $4.00 folks, you know Starbucks and other places charge you $1.50? think about this) and $4.50 for a small bland latte! Outrageous prices. When I spoke to the owner/manager about it, she screamed at me that I WAS WRONG about the croissant being stale and that I just wanted my money back...well, yes actually I did...what's the problem? ! She was a Korean Woman in her 50's, just absolutely awful. Refused to give me back my money for the stale croissant ( I didn't even bring up the coffee) and she wouldn't even hear me out. or tell me her name when I asked her for it!!! Unbelievable that this passes as customer service, her business is not worthy of a single dollar. The two barristas working were very nice and apologetic. I am seriously considering putting flyers all around the place so she learns that customers should be treated with some respect and quality service, and not ripped off and yelled at. Pros: barristas were kind and apologetic for the owners rude behavior Cons: the owner is a dragon woman from hell, she will rip you off!!!
