I just filed taxes for the past 3 years. Jonathan, my person, informed me that filing on time is better than waiting for the IRS to file for me. I am very happy with his prompt service, despite filing late. I had gone to Hr block and actually paid more with fee for this and fee for that. He fee is a little high but I left with peace of mind that the job is done right.
We filed my 2006 first, his recommendation, bc if not I would have lost my refund if I did not file by April 15 of this year. My 2006 return was simple and was glad to pay $125.00 well worth it. FOr the 2007 and 2008 we filed a week later and his staff filed an extension for me. He assured me that my waiting would be worth the wait. I am glad although my returns were more complicated he and his staff cared for my peace of mind. Martha she was a great help to explain what I needed to mail and had everything ready for mailing out my 2006 return via certified mail. They care, they help, more importantly are professional. thank you!
Pros: Always available, returns calls and emails
Cons: a little expensive but better than H & r block
