Review content:
Mean, mean people. I recently bought a cape and top hat for my nephew. After a discussion with my sister, I realized the costume was too big. I knew this place did not have a return policy, so I called to find out if they had an exchange policy. The man who answered was not only chewing and slurping while on the phone, but also did not understand my question. When I explained further that the package was unopened, that the costume was just too darn big, and that I just wanted a smaller size, he said, ""Nope, you can't do that."" I don't know how people like this manage to stay in business. I am now out a considerable sum of money for an overpriced cape and top hat. Merry Christmas to the scrooges at Abracadabra. Cons: everything
