I have both a netflix subscription and am a member on a prepaid plan at fliks, one of the lower levels. we use it to supplement when we have finished our allowed DVDs for the month at netflix, or when spur of the moment we want something else. i have actually found the employees generally nice, and i mainly use it for delivery. it was great when my partner was home sick for a week and could just order stuff, and we do use the free pick up to avoid late fees, though often, despite this feature, we still keep them too long. i think they have a great selection for an actual, physical store, as opposed to net flix, a lot of foreign, independent and classic as well as the regular drama action and comedy, it has a significantly more interesting selection than blockbuster which i know is not saying much, but I think it is a great community asset, and i appreciate them being there.
