I had my snowblower picked up for there special $50 tune up. They said they would pick it up and drop it off within 7-14 days for $20. I agreed for the $20. I called them 14 days later to see what was going on. They hadn't even looked at my snowblower then called the next day to tell me they were going to do $250 worth of repairs?!?!?!? Replace the skid shoes (which were just replaced), replace the auger cable (I have since had a professional look at it and it's fine), and fix the carburetor (only thing that needed fixing). I told them that I could buy a new snow blower for less then $250 and to not do anything to it. I requested them to leave it outside for me to pick up and they refused stating they would not until I paid them $30 for doing nothing. I then said I would pay the $20 to deliver it that day as it was supposed to be delivered 2 days prior. They refused. I even offered to pay their extra $10 equalling $30 for them to deliver it. They said they were not going to give me back the snow blower and that they now had a new snow blower. BUYER BEWARE! They are a scam and just trying to get your money!!!! Even their specials are just to get your snow blower so they can hold it until they charge you to get it back without anything being done to it!!!!!
