We have had much trouble with this organization. They do not respond to their customers. The phone is always busy. We have been very unsatisfied with internet service, it was always slow and dropping connections. Now that DSL is available we have it. As soon as Verizons VIOS is available we will change cable also. We even filed against them with Better Business B and they just lied to them and have not changed one bit. They thought they would be the only one with this service forever but they are going to find out not so when everyone jumps ship this year and next. Cons: This copany does not respond to its customers.
