Car buying is never a pleasant experience. At least that?s what I used to think before I had the privilege of meeting with Mike Balsewicz. I initially went into the dealership with the same anxiety as one would feel when visiting the dentist for a series of root canals, but Mike?s warm personality and attention to detail changed my perspective completely. Mike was very courteous and informative and I did not feel pressured at all. In fact, I did not buy a vehicle on that first visit. When I returned, Mike spotted me in the lobby and met me with a smile and a handshake. After this visit, I left with a great sense of satisfaction in my first new car. I?ve told friends and clients about my experience and tell them to save themselves a great deal of headache and ?just say Mike?.
