Review content:
I purchased my dress at David's Bridal (which I regret) and decided not to have it altered there. I came across Victoria's Bridal at the Seattle Wedding Show. They had a wonderful display of gowns that caught my eye. I called their alterations dept. and asked if they could change the top of my dress to a sweetheart neckline and to take it in around the bust line. They wouldn't quote me a price over the phone so I took it directly to them. I showed the alterations woman a picture of what I wanted the neckline to look like. She didn't ask me any questions and was far from warm and friendly. I felt rushed and awkward as she pinned my dress. I came back two weeks later only to find out that she did a terrible job on the neckline...the top was misshapen and lopsided. Once I had the dress on I realized that she had taken it in around the waist rather than around the bust. The material was bunching around the waist when I tried it on. I asked her to fix the neckline and she told me to come back in two weeks. Two weeks later I came back and the top looked worse. $170.00 later I decided to get out of there and have someone else fix my dress. I regret taking it to Debra! She doesn't get to know the customer and did a sloppy job. Pros: Unique Dresses Cons: Terrible Alterations Dept.
