while the staff is helpful and nice, they are not super fast or skilled. had to design my own items from clip art because they just weren't too creative. at least 10% of my order was damaged or incomplete. am definitely in the market for a quality, artistic print shop.
Pros: central downtown location, nice staff
Cons: not super creative, slow turnaround
