I would NOT recommend taking your animal to this site. They told me over the phone that rates were per night so I dropped my dog off 5 minutes before closing on the first night. Then when I came to pick her up, they told me rates were per day, and if I would have picked her up only an hour earlier I would not have been charged for this day. WELL.... I asked why I was not told of this in the first place and the lady responded, ""it's posted."" Customer service skills were horrible, and I could actually hear her call me a name as I left. Needless to say, the other kennel in medical lake charges only 9 dollars per day and they are much nicer.
