I just worked out at, and joined the Spectrum Club South Bay in El Segundo. What a great club! Besides having all the equipment I need, the atmosphere and cleanliness made me feel like I was at an upscale hotel. The place is beautiful, and has great energy! I did my cardio, while watching my own individual monitor, and listened to my Ipod! I even saw Elton Brand there (I guess the LA Clippers practice there)! That was really cool! They have plenty of machines and weights, and the steamroom was the perfect temperature! I love this club! I would recommend it to anybody!
Pros: They have everything!
Cons: I do not know how to swim yet.
