I visited the Tempe location on 7/26/07 for my first piercing in 23 years and found both the counter and piercing staff to be very friendly & knowledgable. I had a list of questions that were answered completely and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The piercer (Dana) was experienced and professional. I was treated with respect and was not a bit uncomfortable considering I was half disrobed due to the location of the piercing I was having done. I also observed other potential clients (including a young man who looked about 14 years old - there for an ear piercing who changed his mind and left without any new holes in his ears) and they seemed happy (as well as unpressured) with the information and services they received. I would endorse this shop any day of the week for cleanliness and professionalism and will return to them for any future piercing needs I may choose to have done.
Pros: Friendly & Knowledgeable staff, no pressure sales, serile piercing rooms, clean & comfortable shop
Cons: Parking is to the side of the building but not completely inconvenient.
