these apartments are such a joke. You walk in there and the staff are so nice... Until you sign the lease. After this, all they do is complain about every little thing you do. For example: if your porch doesnt look good, they personally find the time to write you a letter and tell you its not good enough. Later you will probably get another letter telling you, ""you improved but now you need to fix this"". I have live here for about 9 months and i seem to get more and more unhappy each day with dakota ridge. Our air conditioning NEVER works. We ask maintenence to come fix it, and they dont even know how to fix it, so we are left burning up in this hot weather? Ever since i have lived here there is a new issue that comes up about every couple weeks. I live a very busy schedule and the last thing i want to do is screw around about an apartment.
Pros: NO PROS
Cons: Staff is so unhelpful and rude. They seemed so nice at first.
