Review content:
David helped us inspector a house in Bellevue. It is a 3400sf house build in 1960+. He started at 9am and finished at 7pm! My husband was with him most of the time during the inspection and was totally impressed at how thorough he is. I stopped by during lunch time and he was very patient answering my various questions about the house. The next day he hand delivered the super thick reports to my house and chatted with us about it. The reports are very detailed, it covers lots of areas of the house with specific comments on current condition and suggestions for work to be done. Even though my husband and I ended up walking away from the house, we know for sure that we had the best inspector.
