Recently I went to this location for a massage appointment. The massage was absolutely amazing and I was so enjoying my time at the spa that I asked the front desk if it was possible for me to have a facial as well. They told me there would be a half hour wait so I enjoyed the steam room and then went back out to wait for my facial. I waited for about 15 minutes before the manager spotted me and asked what I was waiting for. She found my facialist and after another 5 minutes I was taken back. The facial was beyond rushed and she sent me down to check out long before the original hour had been up. The manager was at the check out and asked me how my services were. I told her they were only ""okay"" and expected her to remember me sitting in the waiting room for so long as well as being down so soon. She refused to agree that I had been shorted out of my time and when I gave her my hard evidence of the CLOCK her response was ""Maybe you enjoyed it so much that it just felt short"". Needless to say I did not appreciate being made to feel like an idiot. A spa day is not something I can do everyday and I look forward to my chances with a lot of excitement. The point of a spa is to be pampered, waiting, rude managers, and inconsistent services make me NEVER want to set foot in this place. I have found much better spas in the Atlanta area, they have absolutely lost me as a client. Pros: convenient location, able to book last minute appointment Cons: inconsistent, poor management
