Review content:
The place is actually a steal in terms of renting ..great price for the location. yes, the landlords weren't the best, but I still think it is one of the best deals in town if it were just for the location and view of the lake. I am sad that we may be forced to move since it looks like they won't be owners much longer.. even though they haven't informed us yet, you can tell they are going to try to sell the apts since they keep showing them off to buyers. We hope to stay as long as possible even though they may only less than a month to move in the end. From a financial standpoint, I do feel a little sorry for whoever buys them to convert them into condos, since they need a lot of work done. And if they don't fix everything and rip out all the old bad stuff, then future buyers are going to unknowingly LOSE a lot of money. The roofs need to be redone since they leak. the ceilings and walls all need to redone and replaced. the siding should be taken off to expose the moldy wood underneath. the pipes really should be replaced, same with the wiring. the living rooms are nice sizes and the balcony is great. But other than the layout of the apartment, it almost seems as if they would be better off tearing down the wplace and rebuilding a more ""green"" building from scratch.
Pros: location, size of livingroom, location
Cons: windows leaked air, high electriciy, no composting, useless landlords, awful carpets, black mold
