Review content:
I went there to buy a formal dress, and there were holes and stains on my dress that i realized after i made my purchase. After I made my purchase, the main owner lady claimed she could not let me return anything. She said I can only exchange. I honestly could not find any other dress that matched my style but one that was good enough but i had to shell out another 70 dollars. I spent a total of 370 at that place, and I regret it very much.
The ladies that work there always act so rushed and they were like rushing me in the fitting room, telling me to hurry up and just buy the dress already in in a joking but annoying manner, and just making up lies like this will sell by tomorrow if you do not buy it now.
They use insincere sales tactics, its so pressuring and annoying. After looking back, i realize i fell for those tactics.
Sadly those sale pitches got to me, and now its too late to do anything about it because of their unfair no return policy.
never going there again, and i recommend you buying else where, like nordstrom with great customer service.
