Review content:
Scumvilla is dirty, broken down, and turns out to be expensive. In addition to your rent - you get another bill from the company. They tell you that its your shared monthly expense for their property tax, a parking stall, the garbage, the water, and your share of the gas bill and handling charges. When they rent to you they say there is a little monthly fee ... oh about 10 bucks per person. Its more like 50 per person and goes way higher in the cold months.
Read your 70+ contract VERY CAREFULLY. Hidden deep inside it says "" We do not honor any verbal promises or agreements."" So that means whatever they tell you something - they are just lying about it.
Read all of the various Apartment Rating places on this horrible place - I wish I had because its so awful living here and I can't get out of my contract without them sueing me. Talk to other residents too so that you will get better insight on this insideously mis-managed apartment community.
Pros: Party time 24/7
Cons: dirty, expensive, poor quality of living
