DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!!! BERTHA SOLIS AND HUSBAND NORBERTO SOLIS are scam artists she (Bertha) convinced me to give her all of my money to build a home because the prices in fuel were going up and she wanted to lock in the price of my home at a good price. So i agreed and gave it to her (Bertha Solis). Well at the same time my mom hired her for some remodeling they had trouble contacting them they never returned their phone calls nor mine. And Dogs got better treatment then their employees..Once seeing that i refused to have service with her... Well its been 2 months already and she still hasn't given me my money back.... Now i have to go through all the trouble of getting an attoney....She is a scam artist Do NOT!!! I said DO NOT TRUST Bertha Solis and Husband Norberto Solis...or company name Solis Quality Homes.....AGAIN WARNING!!!!!!THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMS!!!!DO NOT TRUST THEM.....
