Review content:
When you walk into this dusty, cluttered place place you get a bad vibe from the signs disclaiming liability, refusing to take credit cards for less than certain amounts, etc. Collectively, they say: ""we have a bad attitude."" And they really do. I had a small, easy job, but they didn't listen, didn't do it right, didn't try to correct it, and never provided a finished product. The people working there were rude and abrasive. This is some of the worst service and treatment as a customer I have experienced in Houston. I am just glad I didn't use this business for a big job. When I do have one, I will definitely go elsewhere!
