We've ordered from Sicily (at another location) and have always been pleased. We moved into a new apartment complex only a mile from this Louetta location. We ordered some friend mushrooms, 2 spaghetti dinners with salads and dessert. When the driver arrived he had only one dinner. He then argued with me that I had ordered only one. He said he would be back as soon as he had reverified at the restaurant. In the meantime, I called and spoke to an employee explaining the situation. I was assured they would have it right out. It has now been over and hour and 20 minutes since I called. I returned the phone call to the restaurant inquiring about my order. I was met with an answer of ""he hasn't been there yet???"" NOPE! I was told that the driver had already left. Seems to me, I should have been the first delivery not the last. The person answering the phone never offered to comp part of my meal nor to give me a free meal in the future. A full hour and 40 minutes after the initial delivery, they arrived with the other dinner. Only to realize they had once AGAIN forgotten the salad. Nor did they bring the extra garlic bread that was ordered. A complete disappointment. So Cheers to my old location for a job well done, this site needs some serious rehauling of their customer care and satisfaction. They need more staff. Period. I will not be ordering from this location again and plan on letting my neighbors know not to order from this location if they want or need a decent delivery time.
Pros: Decent food, great desserts
Cons: Very poor service on delivery orders
