Review content:
I used to work for Pampered Pet Inn in the 1980's and I saw pitiful conditions there. They have a tendency to overbook for the kenneling areas and stuff animals into any cage available. A pet owner might be shown a roomy kennel but then their dog might spend hours of a day in what is literally a cramped veterinary cage especially at holiday times where they make all their cash. An animal lover working in the kennels was all but brought to tears trying to make the animals comfortable and provide for their needs, with not enough employees or help.
Pros: They improved after complaints
Cons: The don't deserve to be in business because of past problems
