Review content:
This agency never returns urgent phone calls. They sent us a candidate that was unacceptable and untrained. She stole from us upon leaving. I would be very cautious in working with this agency. Their reputation from years back has definitely gone down. I am quite concerned for other mothers out there to work with this suspect group. In fact I am still waiting for a call back from them to discuss the disgraceful situation in which their candidate endangered my child. I don't think they are properly screening their candidates and people are at risk of being scammed. These candidates are not ""nurses"" as they claim they are. They have no nursing credentials and have not pursued any nursing courses or have hospital experiences. Our ""nurse"" as they call it was from the Caribbean and was rude and abusive. They Fox Agency did nothing to take care of us or call us back. They are a disgrace to families and I worry for those that trust them. They are nice to solicit your business in the beginning, but if there is a problem, they do nothing to help you. NOT RECOMMENDED.
