Review content:
The Highland House is a place I frequent often and overall it's a great place. The servers are always pleasant, the food is above average and the atmosphere is most enjoyable. However on the numerous visits to this restraurant not once have I seen management do anything but walk back and forth while their staff is running from here to there. Not once have they come up to tables to see how all is going and I find this disappointing. I enjoy going out to restraurants and quite often there is a manager who comes up to see how are things are. Kudos to the the wait staff but the managers seem to need some teamwork training. Pros: good atmosphere, variety of food, great service Cons: crowded, noisy, management
