Review content:
It would take too long to list the problems I had with their remodel of my pool. Every time I tried to address an issue, the father or the son would blame something or someone else. I had problems with the coping, the plaster and the ladder. Their excuses ranged from it was my fault, to their was an earthquake, to ""In the 30 years I have been in business, I have never done it that way."" Yet after continually calling them and pushing the issues, they finally had the subcontractors who did the plaster and the coping and the ladder come out and fix their mistakes. Only the plaster was fixed well. With the repair of the mounting bolts for the ladder, they wrecked the decking around the ladder. And they made me pay 50 dollars to come out and look at it. The coping also looks like an rookie job. I told them from the start to work closely with the decking company, which they did not. I think the son has taken it over. I had as many problems with the son and I did the father. Many problems, few solutions and their solutions were below par.
