I would give this shithole minus 5 stars if I could!! I was sent here on a workers comp claim from Kroger(not their fault, they have to use who the insurer provides) when I injured my wrist while working. First of all the office was dirty and the staff were rude. I have to say I have never dealt with a worse bunch of incompetent people than here. The I sat in the exam room for over 3 hours just for the doctor to come in and feel my wrist for a couple seconds and say ""well I think it might be tendenitus""...didn't even explain what it was. Someone came in about a 1/2 hour later and give me a shot of ""steroids"" for whatever reason. The doctor came back in another 1/2 hour later to give me a splint and discovered they were out of ""stock""(This is a doctor's office..right??) and I would have to go buy one with my own money ON A WORKERS COMP CLAIM!!! The doctor told me also I would need X-rays but had no idea where to send me to get them or when. It almost feels like the whole staff just started yesterday and does not even know each others name. I am scheduled to go back there Monday and am very tempted to see if I can find another office because I'm afraid I will not receive adaquate treatment there. In closing, if you are looking for a family doctor I would definately not recommend this place by any means unless you want to walk out of there just as clueless as you were when you went in. Wish me luck!!
