I've lived in Eagle Rock most of my life and when this was a Lucky location we shopped here every week. Now that it's an Albertson's, we NEVER shop here. I will actually pay higher prices at Vons to avoid this place. The parking is terrible, but mostly the customer service is awful. People walk around with such an indifferent attitude, I walk out of there feeling grumpy. Who needs that? I don't. I'm grumpy enough without their help. Shop elsewhere if you can...there are several other marketing options in the Eagle Rock neighborhood.
