Review content:
The product selection is great! I've been shopping there for years and have always enjoyed discovering new gadgets and foods. I've always found the sales staff to be very helpful and eager to assist. I'm not sure why a frequent shopper there would not have connected with at least a couple of people to overcome a perception of snobbery. I was pleased to become familiar with one associate there who was finishing her Master's degree. She mentioned that most associates are parttime and that the draw to work there is the very generous employee discount (can be used also at Pottery Barn) and personal interests in cooking and selling fine merchandise. My assumption is that most aren't working there for the hourly wage. For the most part, I would give the store a 5 Star! The only negative would be store cleanliness. I will say, ""Ugh"". Most of the time the store is dusty/dirty, the register area is usually messy and dirty (food being cooked in the same area) and the restroom always appears af if it rarely gets cleaned.
Pros: Product selection. Eager sales staff
Cons: Store cleanliness.
